These are the new Metolius 3d Rock rings, they have the same set of holds as the originals, but the supension point is much improved.

Rock Rings are a portable training device that allows you to get a great total upper body workout. The free hanging grips force you to bring all the small control muscles into play, helping stabilise elbows, shoulders and wrists. Great for home or travelling as they can be hung up nearly anywhere, including trees, swing frames, pull up bars, loft hatches and poles dropped over van doors (just make sure it's a strong van).

The initially rough texture of Metolius holds improves to a superb surface after a few sessions and some chalk.
