Free UK delivery

Shipping to all UK addresses is free on all orders of £15 or over

Orders of £14.99 or less will be charged £2.50 P&P. Most orders are sent First Class with Royal Mail and require a signature. Very heavy or bulky orders are sent with Deltec international couriers.

We reserve the right to charge for re-shipping on exchanges of size or colour. This is usually £3.50 but may be at cost on heavy items.

European deliveries

Shipping to Europe varies with the size and weight of the goods ordered. Shipping of one or two DVDs is £5.50. Shipping of most other orders is £15. Shipping of training holds and ropes is £30 and shipping of bouldering pads is £60. Our shipping prices are based on an estimate of the our costs on average orders . We reserve the right to ask you to pay extra shipping for unusually large orders – if this happens we will always contact you to confirm the shipping charge before we send your order. Shipping of replacement size or colours on exchanges is charged at the same price as the original order.

Dispatch and delivery times

Orders received by 4pm are usually dispatched same day and delivered next working day.

Most orders are dispatched on the same or next working day but at very busy periods orders may be dispatched up to two working days after being received. In the unlikely event that there is a problem with the order that prevents a timely dispatch we will always contact you and give you the option to cancel the order.
