This definitive guidebook covers the valleys of Great Langdale and Easedale and the mountain horseshoe in which they lie. These include Bowfell, Crinkle Crags and the Langdale Pikes. They are a great place to spend a day climbing amid great scenery.

Due to the location of the crags, some roadside others high level, and the widest range of routes below E3 makes this area popular. With many South facing crags it is also possible to climb all year round.
