This is probably our favourite training book.
As well as being the one which started it all, it remains one of the best balanced. It takes a positive approach, always placing the control within the climber. The language and diagrams are clear, never talking down and retaining a light tone. It gets across the basic principles of training superbly in a way anyone can grasp. Gently humorous cartoons poke fun at climbing sterotypes used to illustrate points and training approaches.
The photos are also an eye opener for those who think F8c is a new grade.
