More than 700 new boulder problems have been done in the grade Fb 2 - 8b/b+ (bloc) and up to 8c (trav) in 23 areas from the lake constance to Oberallgäu, the region around Füssen to the Lech-valley. These areas together have an amazing range of rock types. As well as the dominant conglomerate walls and boulders you find sandstone and limestone in different variations - from ordinary slippy limestone to super rough high-mountain-limestone 2200 m above sea level. There are walls, boulders, numbered Fontainebleau like circuits, jugs, micro-edges, slabs, enormous overhangs.... a complete boulderer's playground whatever your grade.

As all this wonderland is in one of Germany's most popular and beatiful holiday areas access and accomodation are easy.
